What a weekend! Over 60 cm fresh snow has arrived in Verbier over the last two days. Before this snowfall it was only possible to ski above 2000 metres, but now it is finally possible to ski down to the village. Some skiers even ventured down to Le Châble!
Christmas holidays Verbier
Despite the tough conditions last week, we had a great Christmas week in Verbier. Only 50% of the slopes were open, but they were all in good condition early in the morning and reasonable to ski in the afternoons. It was not as busy as expected with all the tourists coming from closed ski resorts and therefore we could enjoy a beautiful, sunny week.

After the dump this weekend, the conditions will be perfect for the next coming days. We might get a little bit more snow, but most of the time it is forecast to be sunny and very cold. Without a doubt it will be busy in the resort leading up to New Year’s Eve, but with these great conditions it will be a pleasure to welcome all of you.
