What’s happening in Verbier?
A few weeks ago we updated you on the recent developments in Verbier and the surrounding area. The W-hotel development is almost ready and everything appears to be on track to open on time for the start of the winter. The pylons of the new Bruson lift are now also in place which is good news! But, we do have more interesting news buzzing around in town.
Jumping International de Verbier – Event
Next on the summer line up is the “Jumping International de Verbier”. Running 16th August to 25th August, this horse jumping show features some of the greatest riders in Europe! Whether you are a horse rider yourself or prefer just to watch, the spectacular scenery provides a great backdrop for this equestrian show!

Bike Fest – Event
The Verbier Bike Fest is probably one of the best summer events in town. A couple of thousand motor bikers will head up to Verbier for the weekend of 6, 7 and 8 September. The event will host bike riding demonstrations and concerts. Make sure you come and see this unique event!
