Introducing our brand new ‘Ultimate Skiing and Indulgence Package’
It is the perfect skiing experience for you and your loved ones to enjoy, all in one spot! This package is available for you and up to four others that love to ski, and of course, cheese and chocolate!
What’s included:
- Two days of skiing on the stunning Swiss mountainside, creating memories of a lifetime
Followed by a two hour tasting session.
- We will set up a mouthwatering tasting experience so you can enjoy plenty of Swiss delicacies.
The tasting includes:
- Five Swiss cheeses and chocolates to indulge in. All of the products are traditional foods of Switzerland, so you can truly immerse yourself in the culture. So you can be sure you’ll discover delicious dairy treats that will leave your taste buds tantalised.
You can expect to try cheeses such as the Belper Knolle cheese, a raw cow’s milk cheese that is infused with garlic and Himalayan salt. It’s shaped into a ball and then aged in a cave for around 10 to 15 weeks. We’ll make sure you have some delicious bread to try this cheese with, as it’s incredibly crumbly.
What would a Swiss cheese tasting session be without Gruyere? This cheese takes centre stage of the tasting session, in a fondue pot. It’s made from raw cow’s milk and is matured for at least 120 days in a cellar. It’s this aging process that develops it’s well loved aromas of caramelised apples, hazelnuts and brown butter.
We’ve also put together a chocolate tasting for those of you with a sweet tooth! Here are a few of the treats you’ll be able to devour!
Lindt chocolate is, of course, the star of the show. It was first produced in 1845 and has become one of the most well-known chocolate brands across the globe. You’ll have a tantalising selection of dark, milk and white chocolate to enjoy, as well as their famous melting Lindor chocolate truffles.
For that premium feel, we’ve also included Max Chocolatier’s products. These 100% natural and handmade chocolates are hugely popular in Switzerland, and for good reason. Indulge in the assorted Winter Truffles, that include flavours such as Marc de Champagne, Rosehip and Hibiscus tea and even Lychee and Chili. We promise, you’ve never tasted anything like these.
If there’s anything else Switzerland is famous for, after skiing, cheese and chocolate, it’s the scenery! But why not mix them all together? Toblerone is our personal favourite, and it might have something to do with the fact its unique shape was inspired by the beautiful Swiss Alps.
We’re sure that you’ll love this chocolate and cheese experience, besides, what’s better than a day on the mountain and an evening with chocolate and cheese?
