It is mid-March and we are slowly approaching the end of the season. Spring is a great time to enjoy Verbier and the resort is open until the 26th April. In one week the Easter holidays will be upon us and some of our clients have been enquiring about the current snow conditions, so here is a quick update:
Spring has brought with it warmer temperatures and over the last couple of weeks we have seen a lot of sunshine in the 4Vallees. It is the time of year that a lot of tourists come to enjoy the warm temperatures and good spring skiing. The base on the lower slopes in resort is quite small at the moment, but there is still a lot of good snow at Ruinettes (145cm) and Attelas (215cm). The run down into the village is still in good shape.
Weather forecast
It looks like we will have some snowfall on the way over the next week. The long term forecast is still unclear, so fingers crossed we will get a nice dump of fresh snow just before Easter.
