Just in time for the start of the new ski season our ski resort, the 4Vallees, has been saved from separation into smaller ski resorts. The lift companies Téléverbier, Télé-Nendaz, Téléveysonnaz and Télé-Thyon signed a new 4Vallees cooperation contract yesterday for the next 18 years. Over last few months we were worried that the separation into smaller resorts would lead to a smaller ski area and more expensive ski pass prices. However, the different companies found a solution to keep the cooperation to remain part of Switzerland’s largest ski resort.
This comes as good news for tour operators, tourists and ski schools like ours. Unfortunately the news of the separation earlier this summer may have influenced the number of tourists choosing to spend their holidays here in the 4Vallees this winter and certain tour operators have withdrawn from the area. Luckily we can now continue to enjoy Switzerland’s largest ski resort seamlessly without having to pay for a separate ski pass.
If you are looking to have a great day out exploring the 4Vallees this winter, don’t hesitate to book one of our experienced ski and snowboard instructors to make the most out of your day.
